• Escrow Forfeiture: Payments related to fraudulent or illegal transactions may be withheld or refunded.

SafariBid ensures secure and transparent financial transactions through our integrated payment infrastructure:

• Escrow System: All payments are held securely by SafariBid and only released to vendors upon successful delivery confirmation.
• SafariBid Wallet: Users can maintain a balance for instant checkouts and receive faster refunds. Wallet funds are non-transferable except where explicitly stated.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and are typically credited to your wallet.

SafariBid provides a platform for vendors and customers to connect. While we verify all partners, we are not responsible for the direct quality of goods sold by vendors. However, our dispute resolution team will mediate any issues that arise during the transaction or delivery process.
