Acceptable Use Policy
Introduction & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct expected from all users, vendors, and visitors utilizing the SafariBid storefront, web portal, mobile applications, escrow frameworks, and rider logistics bidding networks. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
- Fraud & Shill Activity: Artificially inflating vendor ratings, posting fraudulent reviews, self-bidding (shill bidding), or using multiple accounts to manipulate transactions.
- Fee Circumvention: Bypassing the SafariBid checkout flow, escrow system, or transaction fee frameworks to complete payments directly with vendors.
- Logistics Manipulation: Creating fake orders to manipulate dynamic rider bids, coordinate shipping bidding collusions, or waste rider resources.
- Illegal Listings: Selling counterfeit merchandise, restricted substances, weapons, unauthorized digital keys, or items violating trademark/intellectual property rights.
Rules of Engagement
We encourage constructive marketplace participation. Under this policy, users and vendors are expected to adhere to the following rules:

- Honest Commerce: Vendors must accurately describe listed items, include genuine pricing, and ship within verified preparation windows.
- Responsible Bidding: Place legitimate courier and delivery bids, and confirm order receipts truthfully to release escrow settlements.

- Explicit, pornographic, adult-oriented, or sexually suggestive imagery or descriptions.
- Spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or external links containing malware.
