Contact the Vendor
Initiate a chat or call with the vendor through the 'My Orders' section to discuss the issue and request a return.
Pack the Item
Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
SafariBid Review
If there's any dispute or delay, SafariBid support will step in to mediate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved by the vendor and the item is received, your refund will be processed to your SafariBid Wallet or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
